Holiday Pumpkin Spiced Protein Shake

The season of crisp fresh air, foliage and the coziest of drinks. Take joy in a nutrient-dense, sugar-free, pumpkin shake that’s sure to keep you feeling festive and nourished.

Ingredients:

  • — 2 scoops Vanilla Clean Green Protein
  • — 3/4 cup almond milk
  • — 1 banana
  • — 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • — 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • — 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • — 1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • — Pumpkin seeds (as topping)
  • — Ice

    Directions:

    1. 1) Add all items to a blender and blend until smooth.
    2. 2) Top with pumpkin seeds!
