Immune Defense Simple Smoothie

Wellness should be easy, especially during cold & flu season. Our Immune Defense Smoothie is simple yet effective. We’ve paired our signature immunity blend, featuring time-tested Traditional Chinese herbals, with nature’s antioxidants (AKA berries) to help you feel better in no time. 

Ingredients:

  • — 1 pouch (or 2 scoops) Immune Defense Packet
  • — 1 cup frozen banana slices
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries + strawberries
  • — 1.5 cups oat milk
  • — Dash of vanilla extract (optional)

    Directions:

    1. 1) Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until combined.
