Strawberry Shortcake Smoothie

Decadent, creamy and packed with healthy fats and protein. Treat yourself to what tastes like a cake but is really just nicely-packaged nutrition in a cup. 

Ingredients:

  • — 1 scoop Vanilla Clean Green Protein
  • — 1 cup coconut milk 
  • 11/4 cups frozen strawberries
  • — 1/2 banana, sliced & frozen
  • — 1/4 avocado
  • — 1/2 cup frozen cauliflower (optional)
  • — 2 tbsp raw cashews (soaked)
  • — 1 tsp lemon zest
  • — Pinch of sea salt

Directions:

  1. 1) Add all ingredients into the blender and blend until there’s a thick smoothie consistency.
