Strawberry Shortcake Smoothie
Decadent, creamy and packed with healthy fats and protein. Treat yourself to what tastes like a cake but is really just nicely-packaged nutrition in a cup.
- — 1 scoop Vanilla Clean Green Protein
- — 1 cup coconut milk
- — 11/4 cups frozen strawberries
- — 1/2 banana, sliced & frozen
- — 1/4 avocado
- — 1/2 cup frozen cauliflower (optional)
- — 2 tbsp raw cashews (soaked)
- — 1 tsp lemon zest
- — Pinch of sea salt
- 1) Add all ingredients into the blender and blend until there’s a thick smoothie consistency.
